Vacation Rental Management

Vacation Rental Management pricing starts at only 20% of the nightly fee!

What’s included:

You are in driver’s seat with your home. You can be a silent host or be a co-host with us. It’s up to you and your comfortability.

Initial Walk-thru:

We will meet with you and do a walk-thru of your home. We know the in’s and out’s of the vacation rental world and can help guide you in how to book great guests, get 5 star reviews and keep guests coming back year after year. During our initial walk-thru, we will only make suggestions based off of our knowledge of what guests want in a vacation rental.

Listing Creation:

We are well versed in Air BnB & VRBO and will either create your listing from scratch or advise on how we can make it stand out more to potential guests.

Guest Communication:

We will answer inquiries, guest questions and help troubleshoot any issues that may arise before, during and after the guest stay.

Refill Products:

We take care of restocking paper towels, toilet paper, coffee creamers, sugar packets, laundry tabs, drier sheets, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, kitchen sponge, single-use shampoo, conditioner and body bar soap.

Walk-thru After Check-Out:

The day that a guest checks out, we will come do a walk-thru of the property to assess the condition of the home. In the event that something is stolen or broken, we will contact Air BnB or VRBO and address our concerns in order to replace or fix the items in the home. The guest will pay a deposit (decided by you) prior to check-in. If any additional payment is required to cover the damage, we can reach out to Air BnB or VRBO to cover the additional costs.

Guest Reviews:

Once a guest checks out, we will leave a review on how they did as a guest.

Trash:

If there are no guests booked on Garbage Day, we will come to the property and take the garbage/recycling bins to the curb and return them the following day.

Vendor Communication:

Whether you need a plumber, AC Tech, Handyman, etc, we can set up the appointment and meet them at the home during the service call. We have a long list of vendors that we trust to call on if the need arises.

Additional Services that we offer but not included with Property Management fee:

Cleaning:

If you are interested in having us clean and set your home up for the next guests, the cleaning fee is separate from the property management fee. The cleaning fee includes cleaning the entire space, changing the linens, setting up the towels, washing all dirty linens and restocking all items above. We require that you have a back up set of all linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, etc) on hand for us to set out during our clean. We bring the dirty linens with us, spot treat them and wash them in our commercial grade washer and drier.

Vendor Service Fees:

We will call vendors, schedule the appointments and meet them at the property. The fees for their services are not included and will be billed to you separately.
